Decentralized Control of Complex Systems

"The interconnection of computer subsystems presents a unique variety of control problems. This heavily cited reference book provides a graph-theoretic framework for structural modeling of complex systems and explores stabilization, optimization, output feedback, and static and dynamic controllers. Additional topics include overlapping decompositions and reliability design. An extensive appendix provides graph algorithms. 1991 edition"
